The United States Air Force, formed on September 18, 1947, is the newest branch of the military, and in the past 70 years the USAF has adopted many military traditions, such as saluting officers and addressing officers as “sir” or “ma’am” when talking to a superior. We suggest starting a new tradition: use our Walnut Air Force Seal Plaque, item #AT51, to honor airmen. This wonderful walnut plaque measures a foot tall (9″ x 12″). The plaque prominently displays the seal of the Air Force, and below it we have included a black and gold engraving plate. The plate measures 8” x 3” and will hold up to six lines of text. Our graphic artists will place USAF insignia and text using our laser technology. Engraving is free of charge.
