At this time HitTrophy.com only ships to the continental United States. We are in the process of adding other states and countries to our list, but at this time we only ship to the lower 48 states.
If your order is placed by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, then your order will be shipped out in 2-3 working days later (pending your emailed proof approval). If it is after 2:00PM then it will ship out 3 working days later. Please remember to factor in weekends and major holidays into your production and shipping time.
We ship all of our orders via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is selected by the customer. Below is a map from UPS.com that shows how many days it will take to receive your order once it has been completed and shipped out.

What if I need express shipping for my item(s)?
HitTrophy.com's checkout process now offers expedited shipping! If you need quicker shipping than the standard delivery times listed above in the map, then simply select the speed of delivery that you need. We offer Overnight Shipping, 2 Day Air Shipping and 3 Day Shipping.
***Please remember that even if you order Overnight Shipping, there is still 2-3 business days for processing your order and you will not receive your order the very next day. If you order with Overnight Shipping then your order will arrive in 3 to 4 business days. Likewise if you order with 2 Day Shipping then your order
***Hit Trophy reserves the right to ship your order at a slower shipping speed if we are able to expedite your order in house. You will still receive your order on or before your promised in hand date.
Due to the fact that all of our items are personalized in one fashion or another, we do not accept returns on any items except for theses exceptions:
- There was a mistake on our part with the personalization or engraving.
- The item has a flaw or was damaged during the shipping of the item.
