Used by warriors in battle, shields provided protection, but they slowly evolved and eventually some took on another function: to bear the achievement of arms. This list of history and achievements came to be known as the coat of arms. Now, we offer a contemporary form of the coat of arms in our Glass Shield Award. This exquisite award comes in the shape of an escutcheon, which formed the main element of a coat of arms. The clear glass shield provides space for up to six lines of text, plenty of room to expound upon the achievements of the lucky recipient. Our graphic artists will also engrave logos, emblems, and mascots onto the shield. All engraving comes free of charge. This unique award comes in three sizes: FC41 = 4.25″ x 6.5”, FC42 = 5″ x 7.5″, and FC43 = 5.5″ x 8.25″.
